Job Board Functions
Dear Colleague,
There are hundreds of job boards available to employers to advertise new vacancies.
But how effective are they? Do they offer employers value for money, or do they just generate more work by presenting unsuitable candidates? Our latest research is exploring all of these topics. We want to find the top performers - as told by you - and this survey should help us to identify what job boards are best at, and what they are not so good at.
Participating in our survey won't take more than a few minutes of your time, but will guarantee that you receive a free copy of our research report. This will provide you with:
- A benchmark of job boards, identifying top performers;
- An analysis of the effectiveness of job boards; and
- An insight into practice and policies within a wide variety of organisations.
Confidentiality: the report of our findings will include information provided by you set against the name of the local authority. However, it will not name any individual.
Ethical research: this is a genuine research project being conducted by IRS, an employment research organisation, which was established more than 30 years ago. Your details will not be used for marketing purposes.
Please contact me, Noelle Murphy, by email or phone (direct line) 020 8652 2248 if you have any questions regarding this research.
